Evals

A once-broken soul now finding his stride, Evals moves with the quiet steadiness of someone who's survived more than he'll ever say. His eyes are a warm, watchful brown, and his hands are calloused from years of labor. He carries himself with a gentle intensity, observant and deliberate, as if always reading the room for threats—or for kindness.

Mike

Mike is the shoulder that Evals leans on, a person shaped by hardship into something protective. He always looks at the horizon as if planning the next escape. A deep scar cuts through his eyebrow.

Mika

Woke with no memory of his past life as Mike; now believes he is Mika, a woman under a dragon mage's illusion, Evals' soulmate and wife. Wears an amber dress, embraces her identity.

Kathrin

Merchant who recognized Mika as Mike by her scar; now suspicious but offers stew, blankets, and a night's shelter, warning they are unsafe as a pair.
