Account Access

If you cannot sign in, first confirm you are using the same email or sign-in method you used when creating your NovelX account. If the issue continues, email support and include the email address on your account.

Do not send passwords or private account credentials by email.

Subscriptions

If you subscribed in the iOS app, Apple manages the subscription through your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel it from iOS Settings or the App Store subscription settings.

If you subscribed on the NovelX website, manage your subscription from your NovelX Library account area. If you need help, contact hello@novelx.cc.

App Store refund requests are handled by Apple. You can start through Apple's purchase support.

Account Deletion

You can delete your NovelX account from the account management area where available. Account deletion removes your account, login sessions, stories, chapters, characters, generated images, generated audio, and associated creative data from active NovelX systems.
